The George Foreman grill is basically an indoor electric grill which is marketed by the well known boxer George Foreman. According to him he feels so proud of this grill that he has put his name on the grill which in turn has increased the sales of the grill up to a great extent. Though the GT xpress 101 indoor electric grill is still better than the George Foreman grill, but still the out of every 10 homes, at least 6 have a George Foreman grill. Basically the George Foreman grill is manufactured by a company called Salton Inc. the body of the grill has a clamshell which is Teflon coated heating surfaces and provide the grill with non-stick properties.

The heating surface has parallel lines which help the meat to shred all the oil present in it and hence a fat free meal is obtained at the end of the cooking method. Foreman’s grill has been used to cook hamburger, Panini, various types of meats, and most commonly it is used for cooking the famous grilled sandwich. This type of grill is very popular among the students because it’s low cost and ability to make meals very efficiently and quickly.
