Water is essential and you should consume high amounts of it. It is not a good idea to skip meals. It is important to have breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Sport is also essential. You need at least ten minutes of sport per day. You must not eat late in the evening, and after dinner, you should go for a walk, instead of sitting in front of the TV or lying in bed. You should drink a lot of mineral water between meals. The dishes you eat should be light so that you can eat high amounts of them in order not to feel hungry. This helps a lot in weight loss. The slices you cut must be thin and you should stripe the lettuce leaves so that they absorb less oil. If you need to eat dessert, it should contain beaten egg white and fruit juice or fruit. At the beginning of your meal, you can eat two hard-boiled eggs, which contain 160 calories, two boiled potatoes, or potatoes baked in the oven, which contain 100 – 150 calories, carrots, or grated celery.
